The Final Indignity by Lucy

Story: The Final Indignity
Author: Lucy
Story URL: Story Link
Word count: 7,900
Rating: Teen
Summary: Caroline Bingley slowly comes to terms with the fact of the Darcy marriage and with her mortification at its success.

Gioia’s Rec:
This is a delightful, humorous post-canon story told from Caroline’s POV. She is first embarrassed at the opera in London when she sees Elizabeth Darcy received with all the acclaim which Caroline so desired. Later, Caroline’s hopes of finding the Darcy’s unhappily situated at Pemberley are all for naught, too. Her indignation is quite funny!
My only critique: There are a few punctuation errors in this story.
