Summary: Fitzwilliam Darcy and Elizabeth Bennet find a chance to avert disaster when each overhears important information which calls into doubt all of their preconceptions.

Gioia’s Rec:
For all the character development which occurs in this story, it is surprisingly short.
My only critique: I question the plausibility of Lizzy’s confidant, but the discussion itself and Darcy’s reaction to overhearing it are very nicely written. The rest of the story, too, is extremely well-written and captivating. I wish there were more!
